Sunspace Sunrooms

Four ways to love your backyard longer
From a breezy screen room to a fully insulated, year-round addition — Sunspace sunrooms are custom-built for your home and installed on your existing patio, deck, or under a roof you already have.
Why Choose a Sunspace Sunroom?
They go directly onto an existing patio or deck, and often under a roof you already have. Whether it becomes a playroom, a place to entertain, or just somewhere quiet to sit — it adds beauty, function, and real value to your home.
Four models — pick the level of enclosure and comfort you actually need
Factory-built, custom-fit — engineered for your home, not adapted to it
Uses what you've got — installs on an existing patio, deck, or under an existing roof
Keeps the outdoors out — wind, rain, insects, and UV, on your terms

Find Your Model

The four models step up in enclosure and comfort. Start by asking how many seasons you want the room for.

Model 100 — Screenrooms

The open-air option. Entertain without the bugs. Sturdy aluminum construction with durable screens, available in a range of colors, with the design flexibility to add integrated aluminum or glass railing. Fully upgradeable to a Model 200 down the road — so it's a safe place to start.

Model 200 — WeatherMaster™ Sunrooms

The porch conversion. Features Sunspace's exclusive WeatherMaster™ Vertical 4-Track vinyl windows, combining the open-air feel of a screen room with the comfort and security of an enclosed porch. ViewFlex™ vinyl glazing is more durable than glass, comes in a range of tints, and opens to 75% ventilation. The go-to choice for turning an existing porch into a real room.

Model 300 — Full-Glass Sunrooms

The glass upgrade. Built from sturdy 2" extruded aluminum with single-glazed glass for strength, stability, and a virtually maintenance-free exterior. Aluminum-framed double roller windows ventilate from either side. Flexible enough for cathedral ceilings, contemporary studio roofs, over-deck builds, and carport enclosures.

Model 400 — Insulated Sunrooms

The year-round room. High-density foam insulated walls keep the space genuinely warm. 3" aluminum extrusions stand up to wind and snow load, and commercial-grade thermal breaks cut condensation and heat loss. High-efficiency Low-E argon glass finishes the envelope. This is a true room addition, usable in January.
