What happens next?

A member of our team will review your request and reach out within 1–2 business days to discuss your project details, timeline, and goals. From there, we’ll schedule a virtual or in-person consultation to determine the specifics of your project and determine next steps.

Do I need to prepare anything before you contact me?

The more details you have, the better, but it’s also ok to not know exactly what you want.  Our Outdoor Living experts can guide you in determining the solution that is best for you.  Any ideas you have, as well as pictures of similar outdoor environments or features that you like, will help guide our discussion and ensure that you receive exactly what you are dreaming of.  If possible, also consider your ideal timeline and budget range.

What is the typical timeline for a deck or sunroom project?

Project timelines vary based on scope, materials, and permitting.  Engineering and permitting can take 2-4 weeks, and sometimes longer in certain jurisdictions.   Most custom outdoor projects take 2-8 weeks from permit approval to project completion depending on complexity and materials to be ordered. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clearer timeline based on your specific project.

Do you handle permits and HOA requirements?

Yes. Builders America manages permitting and works within local guidelines and HOA requirements to ensure your project moves forward smoothly and compliantly.  Your HOA may require that the homeowner file any applications required for HOA approval.  We will provide you with any needed project details and drawings.
